This brand new property truly is a modern masterpiece!”
“I love east and downtown Dallas, so finding an affordable new community was a plus when it came time to move. As I'm writing this, Alexan Arts is only about eight months old. There are many different spacious layouts to choose from, and ours perfectly fits the budget. The leasing and maintenance team do a great job on cleanliness/upkeep and tending to residents' needs. What really sold us was the amenities-- three rooms in the gym (weights, cardio, spin), a mingle/recreation space, and gorgeous pool with cabana. It's pretty quiet, but sometimes our neighbors do party. I've always wanted to get to know the people in my community, and love that Alexan Arts hosts events for residents. We've had pool parties, happy hours, and events in the salon downstairs...YES, A SALON IN THE BUILDING! Pretty much everything you need is here! I can spend the entire weekend at home and stay occupied. Or, drive just five minutes to hip bars, parks, or museums.”
“Alexan Arts is a beautiful building. Staff is friendly, there are endless events that management coordinates. Pool Parties, Wine Tastings, and more. It is a very social building so not for those that prefer peace and quiet on the weekends. The pool is amazing as well as all the amenities that are provided in the building. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Maintenance is great as well with a typical turnaround time of 48 hours.”
